Per my sweet husband's request, my gift to him tonight is to make a special meal for dinner...His bachelor favorites: Breaded Chicken (out of the box), Macaroni and Cheese (out of the box), and Steamed Broccoli. He used to eat this meal all the time in his single days, and was forlornly telling me recently that he kind of missed it! (I promise I'm not that bad of a cook!) So he will get just that this evening, along with a trip to Ben & Jerry's with some friends to eat The Vermonster, sans bananas and walnuts due to food preferences of the jolly old fellow and several guests. I had never heard of the Vermonster before. Sounds sooooo goood!!!!! MMMmmmm...I love ice cream anytime, especially at the end of this pregnancy. That's all I've wanted, so I could probably eat the whole thing myself!
We had fun! Good thing Nora was there to help us tackle the Vermonster. It sure was a monster, I tell ya. . .
