Jiggle When You Wiggle?

Do you need a good physically punishing workout that you can do in the privacy of your living room?  Look no further than Dr. Oz's 20-Minute Workout.  (All you Oprah fans know him--I sure do love me some Dr. Oz!  In fact, I rarely watch Oprah unless he's on!)  It is a simple and challenging workout, using weight-bearing (aka: only your body) exercises and stretches to make you stronger and healthier.  Plus, you can do it all during a Tivo-ed episode of "Friends."  You can't beat that!

Thought I'd pass that along.  I know I kind of sound like a commercial, but I'm always a fan of a free way to stay healthy!

Okay, Jesse, while I do appreciate the idea of a great 20 minute workout, I have a problem. I struggle with learning exercises from little line drawings with arrows. It has to do with some spacial-relations deficiencies that I have. So what I'll need is for you to make me a video of these exercises. Heck, maybe you could even sell it on your blog. I'll buy it!
